Maria makes it to Forbes ‘Next 1000 List’
Mariam Nusrat, a Pakistani woman, has made it to the “Forbes Next 1000 List,” which celebrates start-ups and businesses with less than $10 million in sales and limitless potential to inspire.
The defeat is a natural part of the process, but what distinguished contractors from the Forbes Next 1000 list are their resilience against adverse events, the leading US magazine said Friday in a statement. “The journey of an entrepreneur is not a linear journey—it is full of a series of twists and turns.
Mariam, founding GRID, is now resident in Virginia, the United States and possesses a Master’s Degree in economics from both LUMS and George Washington University.
